I’ve made it really easy for you to request an appointment with me.

Just fill out the simple form below with your date preference and goals for the session, and I’ll be in touch by phone or email to confirm availability, date, and time. 

Cancellation & Wellness Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please do not come in and contact me to reschedule.

No-shows: Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be required to prepay to schedule future sessions.

Submitting a request indicates agreement with this policy.
