I’m a New Jersey Licensed Massage Therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Eastern University. My original plan was to pursue a master’s in physical therapy, but while working as an aide in a children’s hospital, I discovered how much I loved connecting with people and using bodywork to make a difference. I was inspired to take a more holistic path, and in 2001 I graduated from Healing Hands Institute in Westwood, NJ with over 1,000 hours of training in therapeutic massage and bodywork. After passing my state boards in New York, I settled in New Jersey and began my journey as a massage therapist.

My own health journey also deepened my understanding of how diet and lifestyle affect the body, which inspired me to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in 2016. While my practice centers on massage, I love weaving in conversations about lifestyle and nutrition because true wellness extends far beyond the massage table.
I’m also a lifelong student of massage, always excited to learn new modalities and expand the ways I can support healing. A couple of the most transformative discoveries in my career were Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Kinetic Chain Release. For much of my life, I thought only deep, painful pressure could bring relief, but during my MLD and KCR trainings I experienced firsthand how powerful gentle, consistent work can be. Within just a few days of receiving daily sessions, the inflammation in my body drastically decreased, energy improved, long-standing jaw and arm pain disappeared, and even my digestion shifted in ways I hadn't thought possible. That experience completely reshaped how I approach healing.
Today, I'm honored to integrate MLD, KCR, and other therapeutic techniques into my sessions, helping clients feel more balanced, grounded, and restored in their bodies.
When I chose the name Armor of Wellness, I wanted it to represent more than just massage therapy - it reflects a full, protective approach to living well.
Just as armor surrounds and strengthens the body, true wellness requires layers of support. Massage therapy is one powerful piece of that armor, but movement, nutrition, lifestyle choices, and faith all work together to build resilience, balance, and strength - helping us meet life’s challenges and thrive.
I believe lasting health doesn’t come from addressing only one area. It’s about building a strong foundation from the inside out, equipping you with the tools to become the best version of who you were created to be.
At Armor of Wellness, my goal is to walk alongside you on this journey - helping you restore, rebuild, and protect your body, mind, and spirit.
“No system in the body works alone, never gets injured alone, never heals alone.”
